Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, here's what you need to know about returns:

1. Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or exchange, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.

2. Change of Mind Returns: We understand that sometimes a purchase just doesn’t work out. If you change your mind, we are happy to offer store credit for the item(s) returned, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

3. How to Return an Item:

  • Please email us at info@pampermoon.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with the return instructions and a return address.
  • Return items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items sent after this period will not be eligible for a store credit.

4. Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. These include (but are not limited to) personal care items, underwear, and opened beauty products. Please check the product description for specific details. If you are still unsure, please email us and we will help!

5. Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item(s) returned, minus any shipping fees. The store credit will be provided as a digital voucher or credited to your Pamper Moon account, and can be used on future purchases,

6. Shipping Costs: Please note, we are not responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
